They were gonna do something. They couldn’t.

He couldn’t decide what to make of me.

This message is for whomever passing to whomever- People inside.

He couldn’t do it. He couldn’t make up his mind about me.
I believe “That’s above my pay grade” was the exact phrase used.
I freak him out.
He wants to kill me.
He wants to do something to me.
He can’t.
Something stops him.
 I wonder why.
 Eyes are watching.
So I guess I’m the gopher now?
