Or, why I may non-locally not be able to tell you what color socks you are currently wearing (too random), but I can tell you without knowing you at all, say, all about your family and what your favorite food is and what traumatic event happened to you in third grade that might presently keep you avoiding certain activities and why you like the color pink and what and who you were in a past life (wave function brought to natural conclusion).

But here's the paradox, the funny thing that sometimes happens as well: sometimes I can even tell you what color socks you are wearing. I know you like the ones with the embroidered frog with its tongue sticking out, don't be coy.
