So, apparently something else just "popped up" on the radar in California recently. More undersea structures that miraculously enough in a world of 7 and a half billion people and endless, constant surveillance and satellite feeds and footage and imagery, NO ONE has ever noticed until just a couple days ago. 

 Interesting how these things keep just popping up "all of a sudden"! I'm sure they haven't been there for years and someone's been keeping them hidden by satellite feed deliberately until such time as they would be "unexpectedly" revealed. 

Ahem.

I actually think this particular location is pure US Military. And that Project Seagate MIGHT have something to do with this for some reason. 

Why, I cannot say. It's an intuitive thing. As always, my statements should not be considered a substitute for legal or medical advice, and for entertainment purposes only!

 But it feels like military and strictly military for this one. No extra-terrestrial hanky-panky. Oh, there might be one lone ET involved with this somehow. But maybe only more indirectly than direct. As is usually the case with most of the exotic technology that's being kept from us on purpose.

But it is interesting how this spot's been kept "hidden" for so long. And why?

First off, my thoughts and prayers go out to the families and friends of the dead for this tragic, senseless series of killings.

This is most likely mind control at work. If you've seen the BBC doc "Madness in the Fast Lane" what's happening now in Canada is something like it:

His programming has been activated and someone has unleashed this kid on the public. Would not be surprised at all if he was raised at or near an underground facility. And when I say "at" I mean routinely taken out of school for mysterious "doctor's appointments" etc. Or if he was home schooled I wouldn't be surprised. Not that children who are home schooled turn into this but this one was routinely taken out of the normal routine and used in black mission training or actual operations, etc.

And, just like broke student James Holmes, I wonder where someone who works at Walmart and shares a trailer with roommates with no obvious income, gets the money for the firesticks that go boom that he likes so much. The article goes on to say:

It remains unclear where Bourque purchased the firearms. World’s End Warehouse, a firearms dealer in the Moncton suburb of Riverview, said in a statement that Bourque was “known personally by employees of our store,” but that he was never a customer and did not purchase firearms or ammunition from World’s End.

The article also goes on to say that Bourque switched from pot to heroin. Just so you know, with the exception of maybe one or two male super soldiers I know with Delta (Assassin) and Beta (sex kitten/prostitute/ritual/sex slave for NWO) programming, they all unilaterally were hardcore heroin addicts. Without exception. The rest with this particular kind of programming who I know for the most part have been in rehab multiple times for either alcoholism or multiple substance abuse issues in addition to heroin problems.

What are the odds.

Someone has gone completely off the reservation and it might be by design through forces outside of Bourque. Most likely - As of the time of this writing, I haven't read the full article yet, this is just my initial impression- he will have come from a military family or military close by with an undue influence over this young man. He is definitely, definitely from a mind control situation. No question in my mind. Wait to find out what his parents and grandparents do for a living as well. 

 Lone shooters do not go off the handle like this 9 times out of 10 unless their code words/numbers sequences have been activated. 

His programming could be breaking down. He's going to kill himself most likely and/or allow cops to shoot him. If he survives, don't be surprised if he starts shouting code words at people and says things that don't make sense but are definitely related to mind control phrases, etc. He probably has no to very little idea he's in this program. He's probably not conscious at all right now. Alter personality taken over or some kind of psychic split/programmed psychosis...

Looking at article now- an obsession with guns is part of the programming. I don't mean "wow, I really like guns and am a gun enthusiast"- I mean like someone becomes a gun hoarder. I know of a tv director who is also a Monarch slave and one of the worst drunks I've ever met who directed several episodes of Dawson's Creek who had this exact same hoarder fascination/obsession with guns and I intuited that he had a sniper rifle under his bed and he started crying because he said he didn't know how he could assemble and load it in 15 seconds or less but could. 

I mean this guy started sobbing almost uncontrollably when I told him this, and when he finally composed himself enough to ask me how I knew that, he then told me that LAPD took the rest of his guns away because he had more than the legal limit but that they accidentally missed that one- the sniper rifle under his bed. 

 He's a complete and total mind controlled slave/sniper/assassin in the black projects and not surprisingly at all is friends with Max Spiers, who also is a Hollywood/CIA/Monarch brat whose dad is a CIA paid informant and Hollywood producer for a couple of projects, including I believe

 a James "I used to be married to a Churchill-Vanderbilt and I also went to Harvard" Toback film from the 90s. No NWO connection there, I'm sure.

ANYWAY, Max and his sister Becky both independently told me on a number of occasions when they were kids -- this was no secret, the both of them would bring this up often in conversation- that their traitor-to-humanity Daddy would come home from "work" with two industrial size garbage bags filled with cash and he would throw the money on the ground so they could swim in it and Daddy would laugh and laugh at the folly and joy of it all. 

Max and Becky both also independently confirmed/told me that on several occasions during their childhood, the entire family would have to flee town very quickly and mysteriously go on "vacation" in Greece for a while until the heat was off dear Dad. 

As an aside, on one of the more sedate, actual family vaycays-- you know, the ones where the family didn't have to FLEE TOWN-- Max brought his friend and schoolmate who is also a Hollywood mind controlled Monarch slave by the name of Orlando Bloom. This is true, I've actually personally seen childhood photos of Max and Orlando together at school, it's not made up.

 I haven't even told you what Max told me about their school days together in Canterbury and what I intuited about that awful place. 

It's pretty sickening.

 As an aside, this friend of Max's who was a tv director who is also a mind-controlled sniper for the NWO/black mind control projects was also friendly with the Scientologists even though he personally wasn't one, and who spent time at Scientology's rehab facility Narcanon with his roomie David Carradine. This cat told me that they both knew Narcanon was bullshit, and that they would sneak out at night and go drinking, but that everyone there was very, very nice. 

(Yet again a CIA/Scientology connection...)

I am QUITE sure the name of the place was not lost on anyone on the inside as well- Lord Christopher MONCKTON is anti-NWO and a figure in the conspiracy community who talks a lot about Obama being fraudulent/worked with Sheriff Arapaio on the whole birth certificate thing along with speaking out about the myth of global warming- I am SURE this is sending a message to those who know in positions to know that this very well be a retaliation of a sort as well. Remember: the NWO creepies always have multi-faceted reasons for why they do the sort of actions they enact. It's all magic, m'dears to boot. You can't have a sacrificial lamb if there's no sacrificial ritual to accompany it, now can you?

I also love how the news media is already speaking of Justin as if he is already in the past tense- He HAD a problem with authority. At the time of writing this, he's not dead yet! But it seems as if the press has already created it as a foregone conclusion that the only thing to do is shut him up by killing him. They can't all be drugged up on thorazine permanently like that poor kid who was a complete patsy for the Batman shootings- the same kid who said that he was under mind control:

Everyone using google+ listen up... big time security flaw in G+ ...

Posting here since no one will respond from google help, or from youtube.

SERIOUS security problem with google+ flagging process being easily exploited , which other people can use to shut down ALL your google accounts at once.

Yesterday, my youtube channel was shut down, erroneously , with ZERO strikes, and ZERO community guidelines violations!!! Plus, all my videos, three years 800 videos and 75000 subscribers..... all gone, along with my 'home' main google+ page.

How did it happen? All someone has to do is flag your google+ as an 'impersonator'. It was approved by google instantly... and ALL your accounts go down.

no email is sent, and no dispute process exists... except, to send a copy of a dang PHOTO ID to google+ (at their request) to 'prove' I am 'dutchsinse'. lol which is a screenname, not the name on my id.

Major problem here.... it means anyone can flag you as an 'impersonator' instantly shut you down, and then youre left shut down for days .. weeks while YOU have to then 'prove' who you are.

This is highly unacceptable.

I will be posting this to facebook, to my 50000+ subscribers, this must be fixed, and not ignored.

Whomever was responsible for the beam, it was probably a division of the Navy of whatever country  did this. I'm just saying. Perhaps it might even be the US Navy. Again, just saying. 

Thinking back over the last month or so with the Washington Navy Yard shooter complaining of having ELF waves aimed at his head 24/7 and saying that the Army/Navy was to blame… I know directly and personally how much the Navy/Office of Naval Intelligence loves me and has used electronic attacks and other ways to try and "control" and immobilize me and others through these types of torture devices.

But why, you ask?

Well, for starters, if this was manufactured, the people in charge are sociopaths. They want to see what their weapon is and what its capabilities are first. They are eager little kids on Christmas morn who want to pull the wings off flies and hurt people just to watch them die. 

But it's probably not that great a stretch that the US Navy might have also done this as a not-so covert assignment to make it seem like "global warming" was to blame to keep funding the globalist agenda. 

Perhaps there were also trade negotiations or embargoes or anything that would have upended the apple cart infrastructure in that region that were unbecoming of the West and that were about to come to light by representatives of the afflicted countries and they just needed to be sent a message.

 There's all kinds of reasons why the boys with their toys would do this. 

In my case, directed beam energy weapons were used to come into my home, immobilize me, wake me up to tell me who they were and what they were doing there, only to knock me out again and alter items of clothing in my home as part of an ongoing COINTELPRO operation, and for all I know, to alter me.

 I shudder to think, actually, as I don't actually know in full what was completely altered that one time. There were many times, actually, that would call for shuddering to think that would come up in my life, but I digress. 

There always seems to be some kind of beam or scalar wave weaponry nearby and in use when it happens.

Think about the large scale implications for this. Then consider how brain waves can easily be tuned to the same amount of Hertz as radio/earth's electromagnetic wave energy. The possibilities and combinations for destruction and disruption are endless.

In the interest of full disclosure, due to my being chosen to speak at the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues in May, 2011 (http://www.bioethics.gov), I was either initially placed on or had signed up for the mailing list for Freedom From Covert Harassment. (Can't remember which.) 

While I have sympathy for the plight of every single person who claims they are targeted individuals, I want to say that mental illness is a big factor with some of the "members" of this group. I am not affiliated with any organization nor do I have an agenda other than to find out what's happened to me and to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law the perpetrators and/or organizations both foreign and domestic who did this and continue to do this to me. 

Whether people who claim to be TIs who happen to also be mentally ill have been driven insane by the harassment (it happens) or were already sick to begin with is up for debate. The evidence of Alexis as a "heavy drinker" might have come from the stress of having pervasive, nonstop waves of energy beamed at his skull 24 hours a day, every day. Many TIs try to find means of escape and often the torturers will let up if you do certain activities they want you to do as a form of "reward" sytem. In my case, I was often knocked out and slept for hours at a time whenever I would try to do anything productive- sometimes to the tune of 16 or 18 hours a day for weeks, and in some cases months. This would occur often after a full night's sleep as well. That was in 2009. I hardly remember most of that year due to the sheer volume of missing time I had due to being knocked out with what I think were directed energy weapons. Sleep induction is very common with TIs. It's definitely one way to keep your "soft target" from fulfilling their purpose, most definitely. 

With other targets, the agenda is significantly more violent, and watching video games and heavy drinking definitely ups the ante as far as creating high states of aggression and chances for violent confrontation with a TI. But regardless of what the torturer uses on the dial tone and the frequency for the intended goal,  I do know that covert harassment is real, being a targeted individual myself. This above mentioned information DOES NOT MEAN however that every TI is mentally ill. In fact many TIs are pillars of their communities prior to their harassment and are very sane, accomplished, highly intelligent/educated/successful but most importantly *sane* individuals for the most part. 

Anyone interested in the subject of mind control needs to seriously consider the possibility that Aaron Alexis was telling the truth and they need to look into ELF wave technology and the impact on mood, consciousness,  and brain waves that the technology can accomplish. Combined with military style abductions, interrogations, the use of drugs on the test subject and other forms of "behavior modification", anyone, and I mean literally anyone who is sentient and can form a sentence can be made into a Manchurian Candidate. 

Do not think you are above it all and immune. You aren't. And you cannot tell me you are a serious researcher or a serious person (are you listening, David "black sentient goo" Griffin?)  interested in secret or covert technology if you are making statements that directly or indirectly state or imply that "mind control is rubbish". No, no it is not. It's real. The faster you acknowledge that fact, the quicker it gets exposed for what it is and then something substantive can finally be done about it. Because crimes against humanity by the American military machine happen every day all day to thousands of Americans and people all over the world silently and without media attention. How many people suffer in silence is up for debate, but I know it's not a handful. 

The US Navy in particular has many sins to atone for that it no doubt will never completely owe up to. Funny how you all took an oath to defend against threats, both foreign and domestic, and yet some of you reading this who are involved directly with my torture and the covert torture of other US citizens, both civilians and members of the military alike, don't seem to have a problem with any of this. 

You are at best naive, and at worst sick, deluded, and delusional individuals of course. But that's how the payroll goes, I guess.

The dolphins in San Diego may have been remote controlled. Some kind of Naval/Marine based testing going on with space-based weapons/satellite involvement. This is not entirely natural. There's some kind of war going on involving the environment and it seems the negatives may have been involved. Their internal compasses are wrong. Something is wrong with the dolphins internal anchor/navigational systems. This is very strange and not straight out what it seems like which may be earthquake related, although they do go out in pods like that when there is an earthquake, there's some kind of faultline activity that is possibly being manipulated by tech. Weather war tech at work here. Possibly mind control technology to boot. HAARP can be one and the same but this is something different, something new and more powerful. Frightening applications for nature.

It's being used by the Navy primarily but not just by them. Private contractors are standing by the ready licking their chops too.

Ok, so first off, I should mention that the name of the restaurant my friend and I went to is interesting and I am sure it is significant and not random at all as well: 10 Downing. 


As in, the home of the British Prime Minister.

Secondly: I went into that restaurant yesterday as a sort of experiment- I asked a waitress if she knew Alejandro the bartender who served us on that incredibly unusual night, and she paused for a minute to think and then said, "Oh, he hasn't worked here for at least 6 months, maybe more". 6 months ago was mid-February, right around the time of the incident. I got the impression that he didn't work there for long at all. Now, it could be that he just only worked there for a short time and it just didn't work out (I doubt it, he was an excellent bartender at least), OR, he was only *supposed* to work there for a very short time on purpose. My spidey sense says the latter.


Thirdly: ever since that event, my friend who was with me in the restaurant has changed. Her personality has become more and more nasty towards me and yet also spacey and clueless about certain subjects when I bring them up. I can even see her programming activated at times depending on the situation and subject matter we would be talking about. Her increasingly out of touch behavior also correlated with me doing a series of readings for her over the past six months or so that revealed that not only was she Monarch mind controlled/MK-ULTRA but that our friendship was not random and in fact highly orchestrated and monitored, and *also* that she was being utilized at a very high level for espionage and black mail. 


There was one incident I intuited in this process of revealing her Monarch status where I "saw" her clairvoyantly with a gentleman whom I now recognize as Russian President Medvedev being seduced by her in a hotel room for espionage and possibly blackmail purposes. 


Oh yes, it goes there. 


And yes, I realize how over the top and ridiculous this looks on the page. I don't care. Believe whatever you want. I am not saying definitively if any of this happened. It could be a screen memory. But if it is a screen memory, for what purpose? To "discredit" me? I have no credentials. I am an art school chick who is psychic and claims she talks to aliens, something consensus reality has a hard enough time dealing with to begin with. What's a few more outrageous claims between a few friends?


Anyway, the readings also revealed a warehouse in Queens usually kept for stylists seeking clothing for awards shows and high-profile events such as the Oscars for VIPs like heads of state and their spouses, actresses, models, and the like to rent out haute couture. These places are also frequently used for getting clothes for fashion shoots in magazines, costume design for films, etc.


I "saw" my friend having passwords and codes as well as account numbers for use of the warehouse as well as a safe deposit box in a bank filled with passports assuming other identities as well as other forged documents and God knows what else (I also uncovered that she is trained in hand-to-hand combat and is an expert with knives). She does not consciously know where this deposit box is, but when brought into alter knows exactly where it is. Whenever she is called into action, she goes to the deposit box and gets what she needs. 


Interestingly enough, she's also been fixated on the idea of privacy the whole time I've known her. She initially was obsessed with the concept to the point of saying she was "nothing" and the reason she wasn't bent out of shape about her Monarch programming (she had the strangest response when I told her, she was totally calm, even though she said it "totally resonated and explained many strange things about her childhood", etc) was because "nothing matters anyway". As in, she thought cosmically or in a Zen sort of way that that was somehow a GOOD thing to believe. 
I guess it was a fundamental misread of her adopted religion of Buddhism, but I found it to be an appalling sentiment and ultimately a part of the reason our friendship was a total broken deal as well.


Supposedly she goes to this warehouse in Queens, NY when she needs to be an escort at a certain event and gives a few trigger words to the people manning the store and they become hypnotized. She has carte blanche of whatever outfit she needs and the people working there are more than willing to help her. The women in the warehouse have no memory of assisting my friend with the clothes, but apparently everyone is very nice to each other while it happens. She repeats the process in reverse when she comes to return the clothes. 


My friend has also met several movie stars/famous people lately and each time they all said "You look familiar to me somehow. Have we met?" Well, according to what I saw, yes, she has met them- in an altered state and under completely different circumstances. At the very least she has been at these big glitzy events and yet somehow knows that when she is at them to avoid cameras at all costs.


I am no longer friends with this person as it became clear to me that the whole basis of our friendship was so she could "keep tabs on me" for her handlers. She has been completely compromised and is so mind controlled that whenever I bring up Monarch, she becomes testy, a beligerant drunk (when we do have drinks), arrogant and mean. So bye-bye to that. Which is probably what the Powers That Be ultimately wanted (more divide and conquer, anyone?), but I don't have the volume of time it is going to take to de-program this person (a whole team is necessary for this woman), and she apparently thinks there's absolutely nothing wrong with her whatsoever, everything is great and I am fine according to her and she really doesn't see what the big deal is nor does she have any desire to pursue it, etc, she just wants to go on exactly the way she is, so there you go. 


I understand not wanting to give power to something negative by focusing on it, but her mindset is dysfunctional. Is it okay to be friends with an alcoholic or a drug addict and act like everything is fine no matter how in denial they are of the destructive capabilities of their condition? How about feeling trusting and safe with that person? Would you lend the keys to your car to them? And further more, could you trust them? 


Exactly.


Fourthly:


I have had corroborating confirmation, but without supporting documentation, from James Casbolt directly about my being in a female black ops psychic program as well as a breeding program. He has been lovely as has his fiancee Haley Meijer and I wish them all the best. He claims Aaron McCollum was with him in at least one operation that had to do (possibly) with me at least in part. 


I will refrain from going more into detail for now about this as obviously we don't have everything at our disposal, documentation-wise. But for now, just say I am not incorrect in my assumptions about what I was being used for in black ops as it has now been corroborated by more than one person, and this time, it's coming from someone living on a different continent than I do.


Lastly: Why on earth am I talking publicly about this? Because this is related to a larger problem: that of the rise of the military industrial complex and the ruthless toll it has taken on many people's lives. Some estimates from my research claim it could be as high as 1 to 2% of the population at any given time leading this horrible double life. 


The worst kind of slavery is the kind where the slave actually thinks they are free.

Get loud and speak out about it. Education is the only solution for those who are not already mind controlled robots. If you consider the trillions of dollars thrown at defense budgets and the history of the military Illuminati-controlled industrial complexes and the downright Luciferian agendas they have installed into the system (permawar economies, the surveillance state, MK-ULTRA and the 149 umbrella programs that it is comprised of still active today, the secret space program-- shall I go on?), ask yourself if you can no longer deny the secret agenda presented by them (and that some would say are no longer even trying to hide as days go by).


I have no solution or suggestion for what to do with those who are already compromised like my friend, but I pray that one day she and others like herself will see the light and come clean with themselves about the nature of their situation and others like theirs and speak out about it en masse as well instead of hiding in private.


One person speaking out about this sounds like a tin-foil hat lunatic. 2% of the population speaking out about eerily similar things happening to them regarding mind control is not "random" nor is it "attention seeking" nor is it the rantings of a "lunatic". 


It is undeniable.
